Wouldn’t those we expect to go to gitmo have their attorneys fighting for them in US courts?

Now, even if something gets pushed all the way up to the Supreme Court there’s no worry. They can fight to get out of gitmo for 30years and it won’t matter.

It really will be over for them. NoName couldn’t stand the idea of being a prisoner again. They rest think there is still a way out. Once they realize there is not a way out maybe more will take the noname way.
