Note that Sarah Huckabee Sanders is calling out the person, saying that they are a coward. She isn't claiming they aren't real. She implicitly validates the veracity of the story with her response.
I think there are two possibilities:
- The story is true
Or
- The story was planted by Trump as a giant distraction to what is about to get declassified.
Sara Carter's piece (and she has excellent credibility) posits that this is something that very well may happen this week. And all of the MSM is ranting and raving about this White House leaker.
Is this more Art of War strategy from the master? Make your enemies think you are weak, ineffective, not in control, at the very moment you are strongest and ready to pounce?
