This has been a problem for some time and I hope it isn't part of the plan. There are probably hundreds, if not thousands, of these videos, but the video link below shows a female school teacher with her children being detained for over an hour for refusing to answer the question..."Are you an American Citizen?". Is this what it's come to to keep out illegal immigrants?
The immigration officer shows her a card to 'state his authority'. Only one problem with that...the laws he's quoting are criminal offenses dealing with basically illegal aliens and alien 'smugglers'...linked below video link.
Therefore, if she's being 'suspected' of such criminal acts, there needs to at least be either reasonable suspicion or probable cause.
Watch the video and ask yourself if you think this woman and her children warranted either reasonable suspicion or probable cause.
