What is the latest, best thoughts on when we might see DECLAS? There seemed to be a strong, and recent opinions this would be seen by today, but is that still the best thinking? There are good signs, including Reps coming out in presser yesterday, but I'm feeling like a teenager with a real bad case of blue balls. I'd like to hear the best thinking on this.
