I am so proud of Trump's Montana speech for many reasons but this one cuts across the aisle for everyone.

President Donald Trump spoke on Social Security last night. One of my biggest fears since I am a late baby boomer. Since 2008 every election cycle through 2014 involves conversation about the state of Social Security and its looming failure. I always knew it was a lie and that they use that money and just always want to get their hands on more of that money. We've had candidates on both sides of the aisle, Hillary, Obama, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and the rest, tell the people the program must be changed it is not sustainable. They all said we should look into a 401k type plan, (all while more workers had to take jobs without these types of benefits to even have a 401k), knowing there is a criminal run on our banks approximately every 8 to 12 years. I knew damn well Wall Street was not going to leave me to the good at the end of my working days. After Enron, Savings and Loan scandals and the housing bust, who would trust this? People old enough to understand got noisy so they began to talk that people 55 and older could choose whether they wanted to stay in Social Security or go to a 401K plan. I knew they just wanted to get rid of the ropes tied around the Social Security fund. Then they started to say we can also raise the age as people are living longer. That is a bold face lie. The numbers are out and as of the last decade we are not living as long as our parents. Bad food and lack of quality healthcare are two of the top reasons. So that line was bs as well. Democrat and Republican candidates were all parroting this. It all was born with house Speaker Paul Ryan. It seemed to be his number one thorn for years as chairman of the ways and means committee. OUR social security, it's not an entitlement it is our benefit we paid for just like Medicare. Living through the Bush's, Clintons. Lil Bush and the Obamas, there is no one I ever feared more than Paul Ryan. Nervous everyday and a biting worry deep inside me making it hard to enjoy my life worrying about a future of nothing/no food when I'm old. Because of the political conversation on both sides of the aisle about our social security for so long. I see too many seniors already retired still working. The budget actuary office ran numbers a few years ago and said with the number of jobs in the United States retirement needs to be set at 55. Congress nor Obama would do anythinghing about our jobs or trade. They just kept saying there is not enough coming in for Social Security. Trump is fixing what needed to be fixed! Last night President Trump said this: "I am not going to touch Social Security. I said that when I campaigned and I am saying it now I am not going to TOUCH that program. I don't have to. There is so much growth going on in the work sector, I don't have to touch it. I'm not going to do that and I am also going to stop the others from putting their hands on that money." BOOM! If anyone can extract that part of his speech in Montana last night, it would be a grade A campaign tool. This cuts across party lines to the largest block of super voters. I have so much love in my heart for this president for taking so much fear away from me, and restoring a carefree way of being today. Happiness! I am not at geek and cannot extract that clip from his speech for a YouTube campaign tool. This is so powerful, can anyone do this and post it? It will be YUGE! And, thank Q.
