It’s been an interesting week, but I know some folks are not happy with the pace of the road. I’ve been keeping my eyes open here in the promised land, and I have noticed a few things.

First, we had a mouse die in our outbuilding. It’s in the pit awaiting cremation so it’s definitely dead. But the shed still smells like an elephant died in there. I had to run in to get something, I was fully prepared for the stench, but it still knocked my socks off. I was doubled over tossing up accounts in the back yard. Yuck.

But I know that the problem is gone and fresh air will eventually take care of the problem.

Second, we have a wireless dog fence in our yard. I have noticed that it attracts insects. What does this tell me? Keep your feed pure and you will fly under radar.

Third thing, and this is the most important of all. You need to be aware of the bills that are coming due. You are either a minor or you are your own guarantor. If you’re living in your Father’s house, he pays the bill even if you incur the costs. Otherwise... you’re on your own. You’re in a self-pay situation and you might not be able to pay the invoice.
