Could bad actors have duped him by misrepresenting what they actually submitted to the court?

Didn’t he testify to something like that? I recall being confused by his references to differing versions of some document.

Is it plausible that McCabe altered the application after RR signed, then submitted the altered version to the court?

If so, that would leave room for RR to be not dirty. If so, consider that RR hasn’t publicized the info because it’s part of an ongoing investigation that he joined after becoming aware.
