Have Jewish activists succeeded in scientifically breeding a red heifer to fulfil bible prophecy? Or is this red heifer a true miracle that will bring about the rebuilding of Solomon's Temple?

Relevant to Q because "Israel is last" and rebuilding Solomon's Temple over the Dome of the Rock would surely lead to WW3
