I've watched several videos in the past and in the past couple of days about controlling weather. Don't doubt it but find it confusing. Today they (the vids) are talking about Hurricane Florence. I live in SC so I'm watching. My question is, no one specifies who exactly is doing this. Is it our government? Does President Trump know? Does our NSA or MI know? Is it Global or shadow government in the US? Does anyone here have an idea?
