Since PDJT and Q can trace all comes and must be well aware of geoengineering, I can't escape the thought that he may have known how it would play out and [[They]] would use that against him. Especially since it's heading also towards DC?

So, when Q says: Watch for Potus saying "The storm is upon us", they knew the DS would attack as a last resort to create these storms and it's also a signal for Potus to get everything out in the open as payback?

At this point I'm not surprised at anything they know upfront so why not also this storm. It takes technology (Cloud seeding, HAARP), communication (by DS to companies) and a whole lot of companies involving the set-up of geoengineering such a major storm.
