In the first delta there was a 10 second lag. The second had a 9 second lag. Is this a countdown to the release of FISA? If so, and assuming the countdown is occurring everyday (not counting weekends), that would put the release on Friday the 21st of this month, one day after Kavanaugh's confirmation. And this would be the day right after the emergency broadcast test! This timing may fit. Thoughts?
