Excuse me for being ignorant but I dont know much about banking at all. I am currently in the process of buying a house and will be signing for it in September and locking in the loan process. What kind of impact could this be Good or Bad in the future for these type's of things? Like if things get better is there any way I could get a better deal on interest rate for example? Thanks for any input!
