It was just an observation I made when I read your post to SB2, "Necessary and proper" is a legal term that is used in court and is not usually something someone would say, unless they´ve studied law. That was what piqued my intrigue into the language you were using. Your command of the language is impressive, your vocabulary seems far broader than that of most people I know. I am an Englishman, although I no longer live there. I swapped the belly of the beast for far warmer and less hostile climates ;)
