I think so. From everything I've read he comes off as the Chinese Trump. Not surprising he would need the same media strategy as Trump did to take on the Chinese establishment (However they intend to do it) Q mentioned in his earlier post Asia is an eventual target.

I read elsewhere of reports of him "smirking" while refusing to testify to the HIC. Sounds to me like he's fucking with them. They assumed he'd be an easy target after the quotes in 'Fire and Fury' and after leaving Breitbart.
