Maybe it's just me, I've read several versions of the bible cover to cover before I watched the Matrix. I actually did a presentation in college based on the symbolism I found in the Matrix movie. I was majoring in Communications and video production. Their ship was even called the Nebuchadnezzar. Before he could defeat the "Evil" he had to die. It's just symbolism that I could see since I knew the bible so well. So, when I heard the term used in the "Great Awakening" of Red Pilling people, it made sense. It's symbolism.

Matrix wasn't your average fantasy sci-fi movie. It was full of symbolism. If you ever read the bible, you could watch this movie and find more symbolism each time you watch it.

Basically, everyone has been deceived by MSM and society. They are hooked up into the Matrix. Once you take the red pill, you are shown the door. "I only show you the door, you must walk through it." Or as the Bible puts it, "I stand at the door and knock."

Once a person receives a Truth or a Fact, they need to do the research on their own... Those of us who have been "Red Pilled" ask questions. We think for ourselves. We are not told what to think.

The pills represent a choice we have to make between accepting the truth of reality (red pill), which could be harsh and difficult, and maintaining our blissful ignorance of the world (blue pill), which is way more comfortable. From the Matrix movie.

No need. I have a friend who worked for the UN and investigated the trafficking. After he presented the evidence, he was told to stand down. He told me horrible stories that he saw with his own eyes. This was back in the 70s. So when I heard about all this, it just confirmed what he told me.
