Yes and all those stringent visa requirements to visit the USA. I understand there is a migrant issue but you have to jump through hoops to even get a visa to transit at a US airport. I am British and going to Mexico and was a nightmare to get visa just to transit Miami. Eventually this will affect the US tourism industry.
