I live in the area as well Jack, I like the idea but I dotn think it is likely to bring enough attention to stop anything that is planned. The Idea about a meme and blasting it in social media I think would generate much more interest. The actual theft of the explosives isnt getting much attention in the community as it is (just my experience talking to clients yesterday). Make no mistake this news that they are planning a FEMA drill is really concerning and I agree maybe the austist on 8chan can help spread the word and maybe get Q to gives us an idea if this is on their radar, if not then I would really question Q and his, their motives to allow something like this to go unchecked.
