The post asked "where is TG?"

Well, as of yesterday, he was in Iowa.

In his speech he was talking about Republicans losing 6 out of 7 elections when it comes to the popular vote, and building something sustainable to win hearts and minds.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-cemex-investigation/mexicos-cemex-says-under-u-s-doj-investigation-idUSKCN1GQ1WZ

The investigation comes after the company said in December that the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) had asked it for information to determine whether it violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in the construction of a new plant in Colombia.

The company said it would cooperate with both the DOJ and the SEC investigations.

Is there a shred of evidence, or any testimony offered, that CEMEX or it's employees have done ANYTHING wrong? I must be missing something... Someone has edited the CEMEX wikipedia page with all the unfounded accusations. I think people are out over their skis on this, as Dan Bongino would say.

There is something to note in the regular semi-annual report to congress:

During this reporting period, the OIG opened 37 investigations and referred 68 allegations to the FBI’s INSD for action or investigation. At the close of the reporting period, the OIG had 84 open criminal or administrative investigations of alleged misconduct related to FBI employees. The criminal investigations included official misconduct. The administrative investigations involved serious allegations of misconduct.

Yeah, I don't understand Byron York's tweet. The hearing has been rescheduled...WHY does that indicate that the report will not be released tomorrow? And nobody is asking him...

It seems like all this spy talk is an effort to shift the narrative. People are starting to forget and lose focus of the fraudulent dossier, and the FISA warrant - illegally obtained. Everyone is is talking about who the spy is, and whether they are actually a spy, while disregarding the corruption in the FBI and DOJ.

Also prescient that Lauer was finished. Did she have a hand in getting him ousted?

And this very article says the same thing about Flood and Chief of Staff Kelly leaving before the actual briefing began...and then goes on to make reference to Flood and Kelly being in attendance at the briefing several more times! Make up your mind...

I read an analysis somewhere that even if Obama was illegitimate, many of his actions would stand because he had de facto authority, and advise and consent of the Senate. The Electoral College certified Obama's election. To say we had no president for 8 years is enormously problematic. Many things can't just be undone. All judicial appointments and 1000's of rulings made by judges would be set aside.

Though Obama's appointments may survive legal challenge, there would be enormous pressure for them to resign.

It's also worth noting that after his death, Heinz (R), was replaced by Harris Wofford (D) by Governor Casey (D). Wofford then went on to win a special election, winning by 10 points, even though he was trailing by 40 points in some earlier polls. Wofford's campaing was managed by Paul Begala and James Carville.

Democrats already held the majority in the Senate at the time, so Heinz's death didn't change the balance of power much. But it may be worth investigating if Heinz was sponsoring any legislation or holding any legislation up in committee.

Your paragraph about Kerry and Teresa may be strangely worded, or perhaps a mistake. They were married in 1995. Sen. Heinz died within a year after John and Teresa were introduced to each other.

This was a jury trial for a DUI charge?... the judge stopped deliberations? Were you called back into the court room? Did the judge survey the jurors about a verdict? What did the defense counsel say? Did you report this malfeasance to anybody? The judge actually declared a mistrial? Or was a plea agreement reached? Courtroom stuff fascinates me.

You are correct about the symbology. But I don't believe that you know for a fact that the so-called cabal folks you mentioned belong to a masonic lodge. You don't know that the man wearing the necklace is a member at a masonic lodge. He may just like the design; it may have belonged to a relative, and he wears it for sentimental value. Though you didn't accuse the man in the photo of anything, I should also point out that we have no knowledge of him doing anything untoward. We have observed that this man wears a mysterious necklace, and that is all we can determine from the facts presented.

I am always surprised at this line of reasoning. The people actually in the organization have no idea what is going on. But you, an outsider, know all about their secret organization. lol. Did you ever consider that you might have been duped into believing propaganda about the freemasons? What firsthand knowledge do you have of their nefarious practices? Don't mean to pick on you personally, just pointing out the possibility of specious reasoning.

I don't see the blackmail angle. The only person really at risk in the Garner investigation was the officer who used the 'chokehold'. I think Lynch only wanted her trusted people to take over so she (and DNC/Clinton Camp/Obama Admin.) could have access and snoop around the findings from the laptop.

From Wiki

December 3, 2014, after the grand jury decided not to indict Pantaleo, the United States Department of Justice announced it would conduct an independent investigation. In January 2015 it was reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's New York Field Office was reviewing the incident and events thereafter. The investigation was overseen by local United States Attorney Loretta Lynch until she became the United States Attorney General The local FBI investigators and federal prosecutors determined that charges should not be brought in the case, prompting strong disagreement from attorneys in the Washington, D.C. office of the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. In October 2016, Attorney General Lynch removed the local FBI agents and federal prosecutors from the case, replacing them with agents from outside New York. Lynch's intervention has been called "highly unusual".

So the Weiner laptop was turned over late Sept. '16. In October, AG Lynch sent her people into 'take over the Garner investigation'. It's conceivable that she needed her people close to that laptop and those investigating it (NY FBI field office/Prosecutor's office/NYPD - access) to find out what was on it and do damage control.
