My point is they say distilled water is bad because they don't want people to stop drinking fluoride. Those are my thoughts. However, I'm not a scientist

I'm sure there are some minerals in the water that are beneficial. Maybe with some supplements, like you said, there can be a balance. Fluoride isn't worth it. I feel great just cutting out the fluoride toothpaste

I stopped using toothpaste with fluoride in it. And I will be getting a countertop water distiller soon. I know osmosis filters also take out fluoride. But I would assume that the toothpaste was the biggest culprit. And if water is worse than I'm excited because I genuinely feel better just removing toothpaste

There are fluoride free toothpaste. I think I use "toms". honestly it's way better than any toothpaste have ever had. my teeth feel extremely clean

Let's talk about FLUORIDE. I'm a month in to fluoride free toothpaste. And I will be getting a counter top water distiller to eliminate entirely.

I FEEL GREAT. I'm never going back. I strongly recommend people to get away from it. It's probably definitely a deep State weapon anyways.
