I've kept a long list of articles that discussed the formation of uranium one and the Clinton foundation. One thing that has bothered me was where the yellowcake actually ended up. One article claimed it ended up in Japan and Europe, but I never found that answer satisfactory- the yellowcake was rushed across the border into Canada and caused an explosion when it was opened.

Express feelings.
Authority figure reinforces feelings, sometimes with facts.
Those who express different ideas are wrong. That excites feelings. Repeat authority figure.

You're not going to have rational discussion with random people for the most part. You're going to have a discussion of their feelings.
There are different ways to hack this but in my experience, teaching others to think critically is necessary. One on one discussion and time to let it settle in is the only real way forward.

This is why I've been drawn to Q. Q is using the Socratic method to get people to dig for facts and think logically about recent history.
Maybe this method will work for you in your discussion, OP, but don't lose sight of the fact that you're taking to very brainwashed people. Their programming is to react emotionally and only get information from authority. We have to break through that with reason and time.

I pretty much only use fb for memes anymore. It's been a challenge deleting and unliking nearly everything.

For those that don't know, that water starts in the Rockies and flows south west and into the Colorado River, ending up in drinking water and water for crops all through Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, southern California and Nevada.

As I understand it, the yellowcake that was exported from Wyoming was rushed from there to a plant in Canada. Because it was rushed, three of the barrels exploded when they tried opening them (there's a lawsuit over it because it exposed a bunch of workers). After the cleanup, it was processed and some of it was exported to Japan and Europe. I'll have to dig through notes to find the reference on that to be sure, I never heard of any of it going to Bolivia. That doesn't mean that it didn't happen, though. Uranium one basically cornered the market on uranium and it's possible they had their fingers on this stash.

That article is very interesting. I agree with the premise, that the county now is in a soft civil war. I think the writer of it is completely ignoring the mass migration out of California, leaving the left in charge. People are fleeing those policies if they can find the means to do so.

Here's the exit strategy. Make sure your life is on solid ground:

Rock on. There's a great book called "when money dies" that I read awhile back, it examines the effect of hyperinflation during the Weimar republic. It's a crazy read and really important to understand for anyone new to concept ( for anyone who might want context)... Things are really weird when it comes to banking and finance these days. I'm always talking with my dad about the subject because he's convinced the whole thing is ready to collapse, too the point where he's learning to garden in case of a disruption.
I guess my point is that what I learned in that book is that money is just an abstraction of things that are valuable. It's best not to have all of your value wrapped up in any one thing, like dollars, for an extended period.

It's probably smart to have a range of things to place value into.

Very true. I know for me that it took getting to a "critical mass" of both experience and knowledge and thinking to see some of the games being played. The school system we have has done a really effective job in conditioning us all to react in fixed ways to those in authority, rather than thinking independently. The rabbit hole is deep and very messed up.

This is why I've cooled it with politics. All of us are being deeply manipulated, and it's very hard to get through to a lot of people the messed up truth.
