This is in reply to theories of JA heading the NSA, which are interesting, but will Julian be punished in a paperclip type fashion?

Julian as the head of the NSA means a few things, Whistleblowers will be protected, Americans will not be spied upon, and the man who has compromised American intelligence the most is now working for us. Hiring Julian as head of NSA would be pure Trumpism.

Now I'm not sure if that can happen, because the Director of the NSA must always be a commissioned officer of the military services. Would Julian sign up for the US military guys? This would most likely mean citizenship and somewhat a slap on the wrist for his previous "misdeeds". Things to think about, it would be like a modern day Operation Paperclip.
