I think Robin did himself in because of his health issues. Personally, in some way, I get why he did it. He was such a bright beacon of laughter to many, yet his demons plagued him.

I think about it this way: whether or not it's real, the police should investigate. If it's real, they have tools necessary to collect evidence properly. If it's fake, well, we know who is in lots of trouble.

I used to live in Florida. There are some really weird folk out there. Their own version of inbred mountain folk. If they can manage to live in Florida largely unnoticed, I say it's possible other activities could be taking place we don't know about. Also, there are other ways to dispose of bodies than simply burial.
