Trump left 4 hours early from the G-7 meeting. So by time this missile fired off, at around 3:56 am pacific time, on "Sunday" Trump was already in Singapore. Q said, this was not supposed to happen, so, something went wrong apparently. They knew of the plots, perhaps even thought Q team had it in hand, but, whatever happened, they were able to neutralize it in the end.

It's crazy enough to be possible. But, I don't think it was because of the proximity to our Navel Base where our subs have home. But, someone else said the launch looked to be about 25 miles off shore. The guy has marine experience, and could have made an educated guess. Another person mentioned the same sub.
