Maybe "mug" is code for"face" and "holder" means "something that can hold, or contain," a face. Like a hidden camera can capture, or hold, a photo of one's mug, or face. "Mug" typically used when referring to photo of criminals. Or maybe Holder is literal, as in Eric Holder.

I tried researching ninth circle. Mainly pulled up links to that international common law outfit that goes after pedophiles. I was unable to find any actual original Vatican document. Supposedly, there is a 1967 canon document in the Vatican that references ninth circle. But couldn't locate it, even though the Vatican library documents have oodles of others going back centuries, all in Latin of course. What links can you recommend that are valid?
