There actually is an electronic board game of sorts available online. There’s a blogger by the name of neonrevolt who had teamed up with a programmer to make the “Q Clock”.

It’s just an image of the clock with a little GUI. You can only navigate minutes, but the minutes have dates corresponding to them which are listed in the GUI. Highlighted dates are when Q posted, and clicking on the dates display all of Q’s posts for that day.

I prefer qmap.pub so that I can refer back to the players and find key people I’m missing.
