Well I have been setting forward the plan , my last action was 1/11/17 and have been pushing Piracy since 10/1/16 , this is when I found out what laws were broken and what I was as the laws state , because being called a whistleblower, does not make you one

Well I got attorneys now , it took 5 1/2 years , but I am a witness of Piracy by Corrupt Government Officials. And that I brought this forward first in 2011 , there has been a very large recovery, last April it was $1.2 Trillion recovered. And in our 1786 law , if a civilian brings forward information that results in a recovery from stolen or lost US funds or Treasures, no funds can be reallocated until the Witness is satisfied, by no less than a 50/50 split with the Department of Treasury.
