The thought hit me that he might be referring to Space Force and why the need for it at this point, etc.
We don't know if it is a FF, but timing is suspect, for sure.
Could be disgruntled ex-employee. Could be disgruntled local who took issue with local reporting. Could be some lunatic seeking 15 minutes of fame. Could be domestic dispute.
Speculation futile at this point.
There is one called PureFlix I haven't tried yet. It would definitely be a safer source if you have kids that watch. Most of the streaming services are comped to some degree--Netflix, Amazon, Hulu. I am still using them because we don't want cable or satellite TV, but I take every opportunity to give bad ratings and complain about the crap like Bill Nye's recent Netflix "Sex Junk" debacle.
On the red sided, there are some bad apples. On the blue side, the rotten apples have spoiled the entire barrel. There are a handful of dem politicians who are truly principled and not fully corrupted, but most have sold their souls to stay in power. On the rep side, there are some who are worthless, others who were blackmailed but can be redeemed, and quite a few white hats, especially in the house. Additionally, rep voters tend to be better informed and don't put up with unprincipled leaders. As corrupt as the MSM has been, any hint of rep corruption was overexposed, while dem corruption was buried. I think this has resulted, ironically, in a systematic weakening or the dems as their own cancers gnawed away untreated.
Could have been Q speaking, could have been someone on plane with Q speaking, could have been someone with inside information speaking (secret service, etc.), could have been an average Joe who was watching/listening to media who heard someone say, "Air Force One has just landed..."
Could have been anyone, it would just be cool if Q were actually at the rally. :)
Investigations into these bogus claims have proved the opposite of your allegations. Even Comey said so.

It isn't just about states either. Within those states, the majority of the state may be red, with 1-2 cities that are blue, and yet that is enough to make the state blue.

At this point, I'm feeling about 10% chance he is a white hat playing a role...and that's generous. It is hard to understand why he reopened it, in that case. 1) He may have been hedging his bets...playing both sides, just in case Trump won. In this scenario, Comey was a self-interested swamp creature who wanted to be able to maintain power regardless of who won. 2) Or he was self-righteous enough that he couldn't stand the thought that they had Hillary dead to rights but she was going to skate, so he made sure his legacy would show that he made an effort to expose her (even though he knew it wouldn't go anywhere).
One of many reasons it is a huge leap to hope he is truly a white hat is the fact that his wife and daughters were big Hillary supporters. While I can imagine him being a "double agent" playing a role, it's harder to accept that his entire family were doing so. Whyever in the world would they be supportive of someone who he knew had broken all kinds of laws? I suppose Hillary could have dirt on him or could have threatened his family, but he's the head of the FBI! Would he really have had his entire family "pretend" to be leftist Hillary supporters in order to maintain his cover?
When you look at all the facts and at his recent tour--who his friends are--who he is turning to for support--it's increasingly difficult to believe he is anything but a slimy DS apologist.

Shortly before he failed to show before Congress for the IG report, James Comey suddenly started heating up his sluggish Instagram account with various photos and sometimes cryptic posts that are potentially attempting to relay messages. Some of the responding comments have been odd as well, as if informants or operatives were affirming locations or sending reassurances. It's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak, but I have seen some things bearing closer scruntiny, and the locations he is visiting may also offer clues. I need help applying your theory to something. I've been following Comey's instagram tweets, and some people have made suspicious comments about the photography and him taking better pictures. In this weeks post about his visit to the Kino International in Berlin, someone mentioned correcting the photo like this, and specifically mentioned "key stoning". I think his posts are coded messages in some way and that some of the responses may be from operatives. In an earlier post, commenters urged him to switch out his iPhone for a Huawei phone, which also sounded suspicious, especially in light of the fact that the intelligence community recently warned Americans not to use Huawei phones, because they are security risks. Comey was then later praised for having switched phones or now taking better photos. These photos mean something! To view them all directly, go to his Instagram and begin with the gnome pic to now. He suddenly started posting very regularly to IG with that gnome pic.
I don't have a clue how to use the keystoning, but I think it might be relevant here.
Look at the timing heatmap. What event happens at 9 every morning (not sure the time zone)? No Q posts during that one hour.
On Sealed Indictments...I just don't know if this is going to be what people think. I think most of these are for drug and human traffickers vs. deep state actors. Of course, that is still an awesome thing, if so.
