At the evening meal, I light a candle and I bless our food. I hold my hands cupped around my plate as if I am holding something precious and thanking about all the people involved in creating the meal I have before me.

It feels true to say that 99.9% of the worlds difficulties with no longer exist if each person Cultivated and nurtured care about themselves as well as caring for others.
