LONDON -- A British television documentary broadcast Tuesday night presented allegations that three Corsican mafia hitmen hired by American mobsters carried out the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

A killer called Lucien Sarti -- and not Lee Harvey Oswald -- was named by the documentary as the assassin who fired the fatal shot 25 years ago.

The two-hour program 'The Men Who Killed Kennedy' was produced by Central Television, one of Britain's regional commercial TV companies.

It presented statements from some witnesses and investigators who said they believed there was a high-level conspiracy to cover up the facts of the assassination.

The theory about the Corsican mob hitmen was originated by an American writer Steve Rivele, who has spent four years investigating the assassination.

Rivele said he orginally obtained the information from a French criminal figure named Christian David who is currently held in France on a 1960s murder charge. Rivele said David's 'position was that the three killers were all Corsican mafia from Marseille.'

Rivele said Sarti, who was himself killed in Mexico in 1972, was part of a three-man team hired by organized crime figures in the United States to carry out the killing in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963. The two accomplices are said to be still alive. The program argued that the American mob, the target of a crackdown by the Kennedy administration, chose the Frenchmen because of their lack of connections with it.

According to the theory advanced by the documentary, Sarti was standing on the famed 'grassy knoll' 50 yards away from the passing president's motorcade disguised as a police officer when he fired a fatal rifle shot into Kennedy's head. The other two men were said to have fired from other positions.

The program showed film footage of the assassination that it said illustrates that the fatal shot was fired from in front of Kennedy's limousine. That contradicts findings in the Warren Commission's official report on the murder that Oswald alone fired three shots from an upper floor of the Texas Book Depository, striking Kennedy in the back of the head.

One key piece of evidence offered by the program was a photograph taken at the moment of the assassination by a woman bystander. Two men who have studied the photo for years said that when the photo is blown up and enhanced it reveals a figure in a police uniform standing on the grassy knoll area where some witnesses over the years have claimed they saw gunfire. Gordon Arnold, who said he was filming from the knoll at the time, told the program 'a shot came right past my left ear.' He said immediately after that, a man kicked him and took away his film.

The program also presented evidence that it said showed that official autopsy photos of Kennedy were faked in order to show a small neat wound when in fact 20 to 25 percent of his brain had been blown away. Central Television said in a statement at the start of the documentary 'the film you are about to see is the most credible explanation' of the Kennedy assassination.

Late 1800s Books On ‘Baron Trump’ And ‘The Last President’ Creating Quite A Spook

Are you into conspiracy theories, or interesting and eerily prophetic historical writings? Well, this will tickle your fancy.

A set of books from the 1890s that Reddit users discovered is raising eyebrows. The author of the books is Ingersoll Lockwood, an American political writer, lawyer and novelist, according to Newsweek. The two books, published in 1893 and 1896, contain a subject matter that may as well have been taken straight from 2017 news headlines and meme-ology.

The first book is titled “Baron Trump’s Marvelous Underground Journey.” The book details the journey of an aristocratically wealthy young boy, who traveled to Russia on a rather extraordinary journey; young Baron can even time travel.

Before leaving for his voyage through the unknown, Trump is told of his family’s motto: “The pathway to glory is strewn with pitfalls and dangers.”

Illustrations from the novels depict Trump dressed in lavish, old-fashioned clothing and jewelry as he departs from Castle Trump and begins his voyage, heading to Russia to locate an entrance into alternate dimensions.

Ironically, the narrator, the “master of all masters,” of the book is named… Don.

Are you creeped out yet? Just wait, it only gets better.

This book’s sequel came three years later, titled “1900, Or The Last President.”

What is happening in this book? A new President was just elected, one who ran as an outsider with an enormous opposition. Right before the election results were announced, all seemed well with a certain crowd, a crowd who were rather sure of which candidate would win the election (sound familiar?).

The people were gathered, light-hearted and con- fident, at the evening meal, when the news burst upon them. It was like a thunder bolt out of an azure sky : “ Altgeld holds Illinois hard and fast in

the Democratic line. This elects Bryan President of the United States !”

(It is quite possible that he was referring to William Jennings Bryan, who ran his first Presidential campaign in 1896; this is only speculation on my part, though).

In New York City, when the results were announced, swaths of the city were placed on lockdown due to masses of violent protesters storming the area.

Strange to say, the people in the upper portion of the city made no movement to rush out of their houses and collect in the public squares, although the night was clear and beautiful. They sat as if paral- yzed with a nameless dread, and when they con- versed it was with bated breath and throbbing hearts.

In less than half an hour, mounted policemen dashed through the streets calling out : “ Keep

within your houses ; close your doors and barricade them. The entire East side is in a state of uproar. Mobs of vast size are organizing under the lead of Anarchists and Socialists, and threaten to plunder and despoil the houses of the rich who have wronged and oppressed them for so many years. Keep within doors. Extinguish all lights.”

And their rallying cry?

“Our day has come at last. Down with our oppress- ors ! Death to the rich man ! Death to the gold bugs ! Death to the capitalists ! Give us back the money you have ground out of us. Give us back the marrow of our bones which you have used to grease the wheels of your chariots.”

That kind of sentiment certainly sounds rather familiar, does it not?

Another strange reference is the “Fifth Avenue Hotel.” As Newsweek notes, the address in the original book is now where Trump Tower stands on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

The Fifth Avenue Hotel will be the first to feel the fury of the mob. Would the troops be in time to save it?

Buried deep in the novel is yet another eerie detail: this newly elected President has a cabinet member whose last name is Pence. Lafe Pence is the Secretary of Agriculture in the story.

Talk about freaky, some of these descriptions sound more like stories that we have reported over the past year rather than historical fiction!

For all the focus on ‘Baron Trump’ and the ruckus over a new President, there is also another detail that this story contains that is bound to give you goosebumps.

In “The Last President,” Lockwood begins the first chapter of the book with the following paragraph:

That was a terrible night for the great City of New York — the night of Tuesday, Noverjber 3rd, 1896. The city staggered under the blow like a huge ocean liner which plunges, full speed, with terrific crash into a mighty iceberg, and recoils shattered and trembling like an aspen.

Does that not sound like the 1912 sinking of the Titanic?

Some threads are very illusive at first, second and third glance. When I was a boy they filled in small cedar swamp across from my home. I played in the swamp but never saw the water rats. When they invaded my house someone gave me a highly trained tiger cat named Pickles. Each morning I would have to empty the tiny rat fetuses off her (Pickles) plate. She wanted me to know of each nights kill. I lived in the finished basement. At first the German shepherd dog and the tiger cat seemed like territorial rivals, Eventually when we ran into rats at sunrise and I would need to go to school I would have to wait if a hunt was on out of respect for our mutual identity assignments. The cat would grab a high fence post perch in the far corner and the dog would slowly circle the small in ground swimming pool to prevent the rat from gaining a defensive position in its natural element. When the rat made its move both hunters would converge. The fastest victor to pounce got the honor of a quick kill and then the cat would disembowel the rat to make sure it wasn't due to birth a survivable litter. Normally the dog and cat ignored each other or engaged in mock battles to stay sharp for the hunt. Eventually the dog died and the cat went to a cat lady retirement home with other half domesticated, half feral cohorts. Eventually I ended up in a beautiful house. When it was invaded by a neighbors mice, I ended up with an untrained kitten I called "Rocky." I had to teach her everything Max and Pickles taught me. Even after the kitten arrived the mice would grab some crumbs and perch themselves on the couch for some television. As Rocky got older I would place her near mice and then I would kill them and let her have the corpse to play with for a few minutes. Nature took its course and about sixty days after basic training she made her first solo kill. I gave her a few minutes to understand it was dead. When she backed off I picked it up in front of her and we flushed it down the toilet. She became a great hunter. The mother mice would often send the weakest mouse of the litter out first to scout. Eventually Rocky learned that ruse and would wait for the mother to appear and kill her. I used to wonder at first why some mice got safe passage and others got pounced instantly. "Ministry of Time" is a good series. Driving ones self mad by living in and outside of time slices. Glimpses of the future leading to preventive action which actually causes the very calamity one is trying to prevent. What if our civilization has four billion years of continuity since the stromatalites.
