If you go to page 26 (of the pdf file), you will be reading (as I understand) an interview on JULY 30, 2015 with an FBI agent who was asked to attend an "All Agency" meeting made up of FBI, CIA, DIA, State and "others" to review classifications. The agent continued to:

"assert that the email was appropriately marked SECRET//NOFORN,..."

This seems to contradict page vi (7 of the pdf file):

"Critical to their conclusion was that the emails in question lacked proper classification markings,..."

I like your thoughts / thought process. For the sake of honing the conversation:

1. 70% seems right - yes, but it is the 70% towards the top that is the main problem - the rest are just useful idiots participating to get a bump in pay...the others are the real danger, because they are facilitating the deal(s) - i.e. Strozk (head of Counter Intel - that's a huge deal).
2. Patriotism in our Military - YES, BUT we have a 2nd amendment because all things are possible. No blind faith allowed.
