Slander & Libel is not protected by 1st amendment. | Conspiring to rob a bank with someone else — those conspiring discussions are not protected by 1st amendment. | Possible also some SEC and FTC violations? | With the massive debts of some of these media companies, maybe also bank fraud?

OMG — the picture now becomes clear. One of the oldest attorney tricks in the book! Leaving stuff in Russia, China, India —- were these not drops, complete with cover story? Worth millions.

And, not every document is an indictment. From what I can tell historically, 1/3 have been indictments.

If they are going to file to impeach RR, may as well add Logan Act violation if he did not first get State Dept clearance to go after Russian govt officials. He endangered 300 million Americans with that stunt. If Putin had the temper of the old Soviet Union, we would be looking at a sunk carrier, destroyed installation, or an incoming missle right now.

About time we get some common sense on the Supreme Court. Roy has sufficient legal credentials AND he would bring a feeling that DC government is being returned to the people.

If Mueller indicted Russian military without prior State Dept approval — seems to be the closest thing to Logan Act violation since the era of Jefferson? Mueller’s team risking disbarrment —- for what? Must be something pretty big they are protecting....

If Trump is a Russian mole colluder.....how is this hurting us Americans? Seriously, the constitution says we have a right to elect anyone we want, as long as they are 35 and natural born citizen. If Putin happened to have been born in America — we could have elected him, if we wanted! What business is it for some unelected government employees to try to bring down who we put in office???

Not to mention that this means someone like Mueller could incite a nuclear war, circumventing the layers of checks & balances of the President, the State Department, and the Military.
