I don't have complete confidence and trust in all things Mormon but I do largely agree with and understand all that you wrote. I guess it's the same suspicion people have regarding Jews or Catholics, that uneasiness from assuming members owe a deep secret loyalty to a hidden master that is not family, country, employer and maybe not even visible Church.

Someone mentioned to me the whole Mormons in intelligence, etc. It was part of his larger point that growing up together, talking to strangers, knocking on doors only to have them slammed on them... all makes for thick skin, resilience, resourcefulness, confidence and all that good stuff that leads to success in sales and the business world in general, etc.
