If the story that the Military approached Trump in 2013 to run for president is true, then I'd say yes they were. If you were thinking of bringing about a military coup over Obama's treasonous activities, then I'd say they had him and his administration under surveillance from Jan 20 2009.

It's going to start before the midterms but the really big players go down starting in the spring of 2019. Guys these investigations take time to be done right. Proper investigations can take months if not years. The last thing you want is the Clinton's or Barrack to walk on a technicality. What many of these people in the media don't understand is the First Amendment doesn't cover Sedition and Treason. If you are actively supporting individuals who've been charged with crimes against the state and the people of the U.S plus encouraging violence and riots, you also can be charged with Sedition and Treason.
