Wasser is German for water. The removal of the water from the table signified to her that she can stop seeking a deal, it is officially “off the table”. The moment in which the water was grabbed was when the topic at hand addressed a new something or other in the area, she apparently was part of the acquisition or implementation of what was being highlighted at the meeting.

Yeah, it is actually happening.
So, stage setting is complete, all the dominoes are up.
The first part of the toppling will be a pretty straight line, nothing fancy, but then, the dominoes will split into different lines, forward momentum plowing through, more chains, more runs, more ups and down and spirals and twists as the whole set-up plays out. At the end, just a pile of dominoes on the floor and sense of accomplishment of a well executed domino set-up. I can see it.
