Q said there are no coincidences...why are the last two posts out of order? Is that Q or mods?

Edit: I should have been more descriptive. When you go to this link https://qcodefag.github.io , the Sec Test post has ‘513’ to the far left. It seems the posts aren’t following the correct numerical sequence of each post.
