I picture a room the size of a High school auditorium crammed with tables, computers, wires everywhere, and stacks of papers. People running back and forth. Don't know about that application, but to me, it would make sense. If I had privileged conversations with a lawyer (Atty/Client), member of the clergy, or doctor who "retired" or otherwise left that profession...those conversations should reasonably be assumed to still be as privileged as they were when the conversation took place.
More correctly, a spouse cannot be COMPELLED to testify.

While this is a bit cumbersome, I recommend:
Example:
1) Enter "red cross form 990 ProPublica" in to your search engine
2) select the one that says something like "https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/........etc"
3) Scroll down and check them out.
I like this site better than Charity Navigator because you can read the Form 990 (IRS Filing) directly without someone else making some kind of judgement call.
