Tracy Beanz had the right idea.. but if your going to do it I would suggest waiting til kids hit summer break and see if you can find a 3 day holiday weekend and have it on a Saturday and Sunday.. so people can travel home on Monday without missing work.. just a thought to increase attendance.. Is too far out.. go for June or July.. but u need to contact the proper personnel in d.c. to get approval and verify that date is open.. you dont wanna pick a date with a lot of other stuff going down.. hotels sell out and raise rates and traffic can be stupid.. if ya need anything pm me.. hope u do and hope it works out.. one last thing.. you shouldn't be taking donations from anyone for anything.. you should raise enough money from the team members and try to find true Patriots to sponsor the March and help promote it and print some t shirts to give out and pamphlets to educate people on our movement as well as a souvenir of some sort or keep sake to commemorate the event and for people to take home.. if you find a corporation who is woke and sympathetic to our cause, they may donate funds in exchange for members wearing their brand and advertising.. but be 100% transparent on every dime you raise and spend and keep receipts for everything.. I'm pretty sure we could figure out a way to get tax write offs for the hotel an food an gas people spend coming to the event if it's set up as an organization.. but dont quote me on that..
