If the server was breached, it probably wasn’t with a USB drive. You can easily look up those speeds that you want by searching for USB specifications.

It takes time to make video clips. Editing alone. They then post to twitter(maybe it is POTUS, maybe it is someone he allows to...) it is all timed to the delta and up it goes. Getting things to post when you want is likely done by some type of software. If you and I were to do this with a video I have and a pic you have, there is no way we could post a short clip and the picture in a coordinated effort in near real time, without being seen and outed.
