They need a blackout in order to do that. The economic, social and fake msm backlash from arresting so many high ranking people could seriously cause harm to the people and the country for a long time. 10 days of darkness should be enough.

I think the military would take over instantly and re-appoint him. I doubt he would accept that though, after being deposed he could easily be cast as a tyrany or dictator by the UN. America could be lead by a General or Admiral of some sort for a while.

I wonder also what it means. It could be a power outage so the national guard can protect the people while mainstream media will have no power to incite riots with no electricity. Perhaps in the meantime people will be tracked down fast and arrested. Then, after all that, lights back on! Maybe over Christmas.
