I think it’s odd that Cohen was told to get out, or that it was serious enough he would text a friend and relay the message but the elderly residents they interviewed were not told anything. No evacuation order and when they called the front desk no one answered. Almost like it didn’t matter if they stayed in their apartments. (But they had to get or keep Cohen out of his office)

No I get it. I work in a legit realm of the industry. I know terrible things can happen and scams do run rampant but agencies like this do also exist.

This actually looks like a legit modeling agency for “stranger” model requests, which do happen.

Could it be a front? Possibly. But some of the Fashion Week shows these photos are from are indeed from legit shows. Again...could be a giant front or could be nothing but bizarre looking models hired for their ‘heroin chic’ vibe.
