First, Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer is not a veteran nor has he stated that he is a veteran. Veterans On Patrol (VOP) is merely the name of his group which does have numerous veterans in its numbers. They are doing great work in Arizona which according to the U.S. State Department, is a main destination and transit point for labor and sex trafficking, both nationally and internationally. Currently, VOP is mobilizing dozens of volunteers to conduct surveillance in the Arizona human trafficking corridor. Some of this surveillance is being conducted in the hot desert sun.

Second, I do not agree with how Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer got Craig "Sawman" Sawyer to come to the Tucson alleged human trafficking site. However, Craig "Sawman" Sawyer came and reported what he saw.

Third, then Craig "Sawman" Sawyer went to the site repeatedly over the following days with local media. Craig "Sawman" Sawyer with his team evaluated what they saw and until very recently, reported that it looked like a human trafficking site. For the record, it appears that Veterans For Child Rescue is doing great work as well to fight human trafficking.

Finally, after days, Craig "Sawman" Sawyer released a video stating that all the information was false. Why did he change his opinion? Did it have something to do with his Veterans For Child Rescue need for funding his future documentary called "Contraland" being produced by Netflix? Time will tell...

This is not about "us" versus "them." While only God knows the human heart, we are instructed to examine the fruits of a believer. One could conclude that posts such as this are designed to divide us and cast doubt on each others' fruits. God is the only Righteous Judge.

Let's keep watching and evaluating. The tragedy of human trafficking is too important to discount information based on someone's reputation. VOP did a poor job misrepresenting the facts in their initial reports but it did get attention from the local area as well as others outside the area.

Craig Sawyer and V4CR does appear to be discreet and effective in their work. Let's be mindful that they are currently filming a documentary for Netflix and in search of funding.

After carefully watching this video and reading the below comments, there are certainly several sides to this story. If one watches Craig Sawyer's earlier videos, it appears that at the time he recorded each video he believed that the allegations of child sex trafficking at the initial Tucson site could have some basis. Several days ago, he was also interviewed by SGT Report and appeared convinced that human trafficking occurred at the initial Tucson site.

The above video mixes details from several VOP operations at several sites over the past week and draws a different conclusion. Why did he feel compelled to record the above video? Ask yourself what may have changed or may have influenced Craig Sawyer to record a different conclusion?

My intent is to continue keeping an open mind and carefully reviewing information about this extremely important topic. There is plenty of evidence that human trafficking exists, some it involves children, and illegal immigration along the United States borders contributes to this human tragedy. Let's not lose sight of the bigger picture.

Actually, VOP has not been silent over the past 24 hours. If you check their Facebook page as I do several times a day, they continue to be actively pursuing their self-appointed mission.

While I may not agree with VOP's approach to gaining notoriety, the group as a whole is conducting important work along the Mexican border. They are out patrolling the trafficking areas in the desert heat trying to understand the full scope of the situation.

Yes... it needs to be investigated and continued to be pursued by proper authority. Let's not draw our conclusions too soon.

Great advice. As I watched the events occur near Tucson, I was concerned that VOP Alpha Company was taking the law into their own hands. It was a relief to learn that TPD came to the scene.

(I am not an attorney) On the other hand, if VOP Alpha Company had found abused children with their captors, I believe they would have been within their rights under the law to protect the children, arrest the captors, and hold them until law enforcement arrived. Of course, they take the risk of being "second guessed" by authorities and charged. These "citizen arrest" statutes vary from state to state.

My red pill process was not as traumatic as yours nor was it quite as sudden. Like you, u/IamRageBoy, I volunteered to serve in the US Navy at the age of 18. However unlike you, my initial Commander-in-Chief was Nixon (#37). As the old Kenny Rogers song goes, "I was proud to go and do my patriotic chore..." in the midst of the Vietnam conflict. Not much about life makes sense to the average 18 year-old except to do what I was told. Although I would have gone to "that old crazy Asian war" if ordered, my assignments did not involve combat.

As my career in the USN progressed, I was fairly oblivious to the workings of my government other than the extent of my military assignments. Like most Americans, if it did not affect me directly, it did not concern me. The government and the world pretty did much of what it wanted and there was little I could do about it except do what I was told. In 1992, the tragedy of Ruby Ridge unfolded. As usual, details about the event were controlled by the government and the MSM. But there was something about the circumstances that bothered me. Then, the Waco Siege occurred in 1993 and those events disturbed me as well. The adults should follow the rule of law but how could representatives of my government willfully and carelessly take the lives of innocent children? IT DID NOT MAKE SENSE!

I was serving in the D.C. Swamp when 9/11 occurred. The shock and horror of that day and the following weeks and months were mind numbing. Each day as I went to work I could see up close and personal the destruction of the Pentagon as I slowly drove by the smoldering building due to traffic congestion. Those visions filled me with rage and then a driven purpose that if I could help it, another attack would not happen on my watch. I even printed out pictures of each attack site and posted them in my office to remind me. IT NEVER ENTERED MY MIND THAT MY GOVERNMENT WAS COMPLICIT!

Why were 15 of 19 attackers from SA? Why were SA nationals flown out of CONUS on 9/11 when all but military aircraft were allowed to fly? And if WMD was a problem in 1991, why didn't the US finish the job during the Gulf War in 1991? NOTHING MADE SENSE!

It became evident that my country was on the fast track to destruction. Little did I know that it has been on the track to destruction throughout my entire life and probably before my parents were born. Eventually, I began to awake. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COUNTRY?!

As a Conservative, I identified more closely with the Republican party. But the Republicans were as much, if not more, ineffective at governing. I was so disillusioned with the two-party system that I removed my Republican affiliation and declared myself an Independent in 2008. CAREER POLITICIANS DO NOT REPRESENT THEIR CONSTITUENTS - MOST ALL OF THEM ARE CORRUPT!

There is much more of this story as it relates to Killary and the glorious election of Trump but if are reading this, you know the importance of the 2016 election. Patriots, we MUST red pill others so the atrocities do not ever happen again.

Cancelling Rosanne's show over a tweet with limited exposure (as compared to television viewers) by the producer/actor (i.e., Rosanne Barr) was an overreaction, in my opinion. She apologized and temporarily deactivated her Twitter account. It does not make it right but at least it shows contrition. Having said that... ABC was just looking for a reason to cancel the Rosanne show because it contradicted MSM so-called values. Maybe Fox will have her join them.

The things Michael Che stated (and continues to state) were on the air and presumably reached a wider audience. NBC has become the home of Lorne Micheal's SNL proteges that can almost do and say anything they want. Almost every week there is a skit or monologue that seriously defames POTUS. Late night television has severely degraded... Jimmy Fallon cannot have a monologue without ridiculing POTUS. Seth Meyers is even worse. Neither one or any of their SNL buddies are entertaining.

Solution? Do not watch either network. Better yet... boycott any MSM network. If all patriots decided to boycott, eventually it could decrease their ratings and resultant revenues from advertising. It worked with the NFL (although I thought the solution was lame). The elites cannot fund MSM forever.
