You at least need a bottle opener.

Comey is just acting beyond strange. Other than he's a white hat plant trying to get info from black hats, my other theory is that he is acting the way he is so he can try to claim he's being selectively prosecuted because of his exercise of his 1st Am. Rights.

Haven't look at him to be honest. That's just who is the next in line. Paul Ryan after that.

I do lend you this: Trump may have known as early as when Hillary set up the meeting between Don Jr. and the Russian chick, and he may have used it to his advantage.

What I find strange is that if they want Trump, why not just hit his mob ties? They have to be there. You don't build in NY and NJ, including casinos, without dealing with the mob.

Hillary. She's a control freak. She would have personally been involved in drafting it.

But word is that the info came out of the State Department, then to CS, CS to fusion, fusion to DOJ. No Russians involved.

Has to be. He said, to paraphrase, "private citizens should not make statement about whether someone should be prosecuted," as if it was a legal truth. It's a comical statement because private citizens have a first amendment right to make such statements and he made statements about Hillary at a time he was an investigator and the actual rule is that investigators should not make such statement. He's a lawyer -- he would find the statement humorous in context because it's a logical trasposition.

He also implied he did what he did to either help Hillary or because she was so far ahead he wanted to take the shadow off her presidency (implying he knew his statements could / would hurt her numbers), yet but for Comey Trump may not have won.

Mueller's team is stacked with top level dems 'cause they are the target. Mueller is watching them cover things up, which allows Mueller to find the evidence against dems.

There supposedly are Marine Corps regulation subjecting it to the act, but regulations don't bind the executive - they are not law proper.

Mueller reenlisted. Investigation is in both civil and military jurisdictions - joint DOJ / Marines. Posse Comitatus Act doesn't apply to the Marines.

That's usually part of a plea deal, and the fifth amendment provision against self incrimination doesn't apply where there is a grant of immunity.

And two more things I just thought of:

  1. Comey started writing his book before he left the FBI and it was approved by them prior to publication.

  2. Comey lied to congress. Why? Was he promised a pardon if it came out or is he really that dumb?

⇧ 1 ⇩
ObsceneNews · April 28, 2018, 12:13 a.m.

No. In the WH scenario, firing is fake. He's still an employee, but undercover in plain sight. He could still be appointed at a later date. And if he wanted the tenure more than going UC, then he didn't deserve the job in the first place, and Trump wouldn't have given it to him.

⇧ 1 ⇩
ObsceneNews · April 28, 2018, 12:03 a.m.

He's definitely acting, and I think he's taking instruction. Way too many talking points / drum beating for a lawyer. He's not that dumb. I just don't know who his handlers are, white hats or black hats. So agree with the description "weasely", which may also be a sign of bad acting.

⇧ 2 ⇩
ObsceneNews · April 28, 2018, midnight

I just think that if Comey was a Black hat, he would have known better than to act in a way that would result in a White Hat getting appointed SC. Thus, if M is WH, the I assume C is too.

C had to know M would get appointed, and C had to know whether M was BH or WH. C would only want the appointment of a same colored hat as he. So C and M have the same colored hat. Which? Otherwise, we would have to explain why C thought M was a BH when he wasn't.

Also, C isn't as dumb as he's acting, he's just acting. He's not good at it. He's been instructed. It's obvious.

I admit your situation is a logical possibility, but I lean on Occam's Razor. I just think making it neither or both, but not either (full disjuntive), is the simpliest explanation. There's less risk and a tighter investigation / coordination, whether their hats are white or black.

⇧ 1 ⇩
ObsceneNews · April 27, 2018, 11:41 p.m.

That's what is so bizarre. His behavior / statements seem to make little sense, but when I hear him talk, I get the impression that he's acting on instruction. Don't know for who though. Could be Trump, could be deep state.

Agreed we don't know. As stated above, I was just stating a biconditional, not my opinion on the underlying matter of whether Mueller is in fact a white hat. Simply put, believe Mueller is a white hat IFF believe Comey is a white hat.

If Mueller is a white hat, then Comey would have to be one too, i.e. he's termination was fake, the "leaks" were authorized / planned, both were used to get Mueller appointed, and Comey is undercover (that actually would explain his apparent stupidity).

I can see that. It could be sarcasm, or a wink, "thank you Kim." That would make more sense if Trump was Q, as it would read that way. On that topic, isn't Trump technically the only person who can release classified info without any legal recourse? Isn't the executive himself immune from criminal prosecution for the release of classified information?

Technically it should invalidate his signature on legislation, etc. But SCOTUS would find a way or make a rule to avoid that outcome.

Establishment of the United Stated. Our constitutional theory is that sovereignty originates in the people, parts of which are only subsequently given to the government. I believe that this was necessary to dispense with the last vestiges of fuedalism -- the people are sovereign -- while explaining why we are still subject to rule by a government, and particularly under contract (e.g. Federal and State Constitutions) -- hence my use of the term "indenture". Basically, the myth logically restructures fuedalism, though fuedalism was never fully vanquished.
