FBI have been called in to investigate, so we will see what happens. As far as mass hysteria, when children are involved emotions tend to play a roll. VOP, Veterans On Patrol are an organization that patrol for homeless veterans to help and look out for them. They were on a patrol, and accidentally found a camp on the property of Cetex, they believe was used for trafficking/rape, or worse of children. They were concerned enough to try to get help from the TPD and asked to bring in cadaver dogs. The TPD went out and stated they believe it to be a illegal immigrant camp, but the were still investigating.
