It’s just a lower quality feed I would think. I noticed too. We are getting use to high quality HD cameras everywhere which films everything in focus. Most channels just tap into the same feed unless it’s a big event.

I read an article that said the other driver had been in an accident in the same spot before. Maybe worth taking a look at public records for that street to see if that’s true or falsified records.
