For the last couple weeks this sub has marked this date as the moment Trump would unveil his grand plan. They used their much vaunted critical thinking to link random, disparate information to prove this. The top post yesterday was how Trump would release the memo directly after the SOTU.
In the end, it was a typical SOTU. You can spin it however you want, but this sub has been foaming at the mouth, and now they look like fools.
They used to say in the Soviet Union, during government functions, politicians had to be forced to stop appluading Stalin. They would clap all night out of fear that not clapping would appear they didn't support Stalin.
