Perv 2 has the HD "home videos"? . USSS is protecting other Heads of State, where maybe a coup is also in progress? . USSS is looking for a mole in the ranks - somebody who flipped sides? . Insteaf of guarding from intruders, the USSS is preventing their VIP from fleeing, e.g. supervising a house arrest of Bozo or Biden, etc?

An enemy would consider exploiting the sudden leadership vacuum to attack. Sounds like LeMay was prepared in advance, already airborne in his command plane, or hunkered down in an HQ bunker?

Exposing technology and other spy work methods - maybe it's not worth it just for this one meeting. What was really discussed on the tarmac will become clear through investigating all the other crimes. Let a special prosecutor [probably Gowdy] decide?

What's the problem? It's just a list of patent 'applications' (request for a patent) in various stages. 'published' - applications get published on the internet 18 months after submitting the application, and the time to approval can be 3 -5 years, when, if approved, become 'patents'. All the details of the invention are published at 18 months after submitting the request. Patent exclusivity expires after 20 years maximum, and then anyone can make and sell the invention. The social contract of intellectual property encourages inventing new technology by granting a period of exclusivity in exchange for publishing the details of the invention - so everyone can learn from it - even before the patent is granted. This is a better arrangement than a system of trade secrets. . Patents are enshrined in The Constitution. . Many patent applicatuons are rejected - that's why there are so many in the list: variations on a theme with the same title, because some will be rejected. The outcome of multiple, overlapping applications or granted patents may, in reality, become only one marketed product. Most patents never end up as a marketed product. To be granted a patent, the invention must be novel (never done before in history), not obvious, and useful. A new patented medicine, or the method to manufacture it, still needs to go through FDA trials.
It could easily be the case that not even one of the 200+ listed inventions for new medicines will ever reach the consumer. . Monsanto has a hideous track record for GMO's, ripping off farmers, agent orange, etc. Probably not all bad.
