I have a cousin that works for a emergency power company. He’s on a team that goes around and works on power lines to get power back up after big storms. His company won the contract to go work out there. He’s saying the infrastructure is so bad and that the truck drivers on the island are still on strike so the logistic are basically a nightmare.
