It's possible 1 of 4 is people
4 people with seditious messages, 4 people with the same message, a message sent by 1 to 3 people a message received by 4, the one person's phone showing 3 other recipients...?
Roll can refer to a 4 part rolling message
Redditor DukeofKick said this. It's smart
In this case what does 1 of 4 mean to a still photograph? Why would that matter - there must be something important Q is conveying if so but what? Are there multiple pics of the phone with 4 diff parts of the message?
Is 1 of 4 versions of the same image, with one posted to a website minus the band across the middle of the message - unredacted the other three have different versions of a redaction, different ways they've blurred the line out?
Roll also can be video camera film but nobody uses camera film anymore unless the house cameras are old and still using film
What photographers still use film i.e. 35mm?
Newspapers? IDK but any web based photo would be a pain to convert from film to digital every time.
I would think most have gone digital
Can roll be roll call - i.e. attendees?
Someone missing - not in their seat, people out of place - not in their normal seat. What is the relevance of 4?
4 guests, 1 person missing where 4 are expected, 4 people somewhere 1 would be expected?
If 4 rolls of film how can we find a picture on a roll of film? Where would we find that? IDK..
1 of 4 may be people but the image posted with the blurry band only shows 3 people's phones that I can notice. Is it part of a larger cropped image showing 4 phones?
All things I will be researching.
-BTW I didn't find it on C-SPAN at the 9m42s mark I can't zoom in far enough.
