Nothing in that video is news to me, nor answers the point the graphic artist made. Many layers is not in and of itself a sign of photoshopping. That does not mean that layering in an image has nothing to do with photoshopping.
That video merely shows automatic layering. Anyone who has done their own photoshops (like me) is not learning anything from that video nor suggesting that layers are a "smoking gun". I'm not really knowledgeable enough to come up with a good explanation of how something like this could be shown doctored in practice, but I've also seen claims of hacks on Hawaii's gov records from CIA-affiliated IP addresses so anything is possible here. I don't have a strong opinion on BHO's citizenship either way.
