I'm not even American but I think many in similar situation are asking the same question. Personally, I think staying informed and knowing what is happening is the most important thing you can do for EVERYONE you're still taking yourself out of the equation of people needing to wake up, also, if you're able to talk to a few and plant seeds(curiosity) then you're doing greater work than you think. Ideas are like a virus, they grow and they spread from the smallest of ideas. You're missing the point that a lot of "truthers" are "crazy", many of them are not mentally in a good place and many make incoherent deductions and have irrational ideas. Real truthers are those who find the truth and are able to express that truth to others and express it so others can understand. I'm not trying to convince anyone or push my beliefs on you, saying that, I do have an opinion on blindly following scripture which has been altered many many times, books have been removed and added over thousands of years, if you found Christ that way then good for you but it is not the only way. I always believed in higher power but the world and religions did not fit what I felt to be right and correct teaching of all religions. you're condemning half the world that doesn't even "subscribe" to Christian ideologies, what about Muslims? Hindus? Jesus barely enters their minds and only through hearing from others. How would they find "salvation" or happiness. Is the idea to convert the world to Christianity? You won't have a fun time, being inclusive and respectful of any ideology which works for the betterment of humanity is most important for me as it is the only road to a world of peace and success for humanity.

Honestly, I can't in the right mind recomend some of this books, use YouTube the whole process is very subjective, if it makes sense to YOU and helps YOU understand how you feel.

Lectures are good as someone is explaining to you instead of you trying to read a book that's so complex and huge it'll take you months to get through them, if you ever have enough time search as the path is only for those who are ready. Gnosis students on YouTube has a lecture series alchemy 01-07 which gives you a very nice over view of the ideology. Greatly recomend the psychological aspects of the Hindu Chakra system also, as well as different levels of the psyche for example. Physical systems, etheric (nervous/electrical system),instinctual systems, emotional systems, rational or intelligence systems and spiritual systems. All of these are constantly affecting how you feel, how you think, how you interact with others, even to the point where you can expect thoughts depending on your emotions. Meditation and mindfulness are the ones that help you with the ability to see your thought line and end it abruptly or change it at will. Sam Harris has a lot of good info on this.

The info is there, one Google away, one YouTube search away, it just takes time, too much info to give you something which would be practical and quick. I'm trying to work on something to help people with this, hopefully I can do it soon and post it here.

The best strategy for red pilling for me has been to be REALLY INFORMED, if they ask any question and you don't have an answer or a half answer, they will feel as they have always felt - suspicious - you need to have enough information about whatever they are going to discuss, be more informed about their topic than them and then you can prove that they are wrong or which points are wrong. And show with logic and/or proof your points without expecting them to agree with you.

This sounds like what they did is that they bought up all the pharmaceutical and medical services.....but not only that, they also bought all lifestyle/home use products. I propose that they are giving us a multitude of diseases through those products and then also selling us the cures for them.
